Win a Free Year of T is for Tot
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
T is for Tot, 105 Imperial Blvd., Hendersonville, TN 37077 ("Sponsor"). Questions: support@tisfortot.com.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible.
3. Entry period
The giveaway begins November 5, 2026 at 12:00 pm Central Time and ends November 24, 2026 at 11:59 pm Central Time ("Entry Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.
4. How to enter
Visit tisfortot.com/pages/win-a-free-year and submit the entry form with your first name and a valid email address. Limit one entry per person and per email address, plus bonus entries earned under section 4a. Entries made through automated means, or using multiple or fake email addresses, are void.
4a. Bonus entries for referrals
After entering, each entrant receives a personal share link. Each eligible new person who enters the giveaway through that link during the Entry Period earns the referring entrant one (1) bonus entry. A referred person counts only once, only if they are not already an entrant, and only if their email address is valid and deliverable. Self-referrals, duplicate, fake, disposable or automatically generated email addresses do not count, and Sponsor may disqualify entries it believes were obtained through fraud or abuse. Sharing a link without a friend entering does not earn an entry.
4b. Referral rewards
Entrants who refer eligible friends may also receive, by email: at 3 referred friends, a code for $10 off one single kit; at 5 referred friends, a code for $15 off one single kit; and at 10 referred friends, a code for one free single kit (up to $58 value). Each reward is given once per entrant, the codes are valid once through December 31, 2026, while supplies last, and have no cash value. Referral counts are updated periodically and verified by Sponsor.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a 12-month T is for Tot prepaid subscription: twelve (12) monthly learning kits shipped to one address in the United States, with free shipping. Approximate retail value: $468. The prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if needed. Kit themes are chosen by Sponsor.
6. Winner selection and notice
One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries, including bonus entries, on or about November 25, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email and must reply within 7 days with a shipping address to claim the prize. If the winner does not reply in time, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be drawn.
7. Purchase refund promise
If the winner purchased a T is for Tot subscription during the Entry Period, Sponsor will refund the amount the winner paid for that subscription, in addition to awarding the prize.
8. Thank-you gift for entrants
All entrants receive, by email, a code for a free silicone playdough mat and a free wooden playdough cutter with the purchase of any T is for Tot subscription, and early access to Sponsor's Black Friday sale. The code is valid once per customer through December 31, 2026, while supplies last, and has no cash value. The thank-you gift is not a prize and does not affect the drawing.
9. Taxes
The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.
10. General
By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to receive marketing emails from Sponsor. You can unsubscribe at any time. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical problems. Sponsor may cancel or modify the giveaway if it cannot run as planned. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Sponsor may use their first name, last initial and state to announce the winner, except where prohibited by law.
11. Release
By entering, entrants release Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or from acceptance or use of the prize, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Privacy
Information collected is used as described in Sponsor's privacy policy at tisfortot.com/policies/privacy-policy.
13. Winner's name
To get the winner's first name and state, email support@tisfortot.com by December 31, 2026.
