Before you order
Good to know
You pay, then get paid back
We're not in the Step Up marketplace, so you'll check out here and request reimbursement from your child's account.
Ship to Florida
Step Up only reimburses purchases shipped to a Florida address or Florida P.O. box.
Planning a 6 or 12 month plan?
Step Up's guides don't spell out prepaid plans, so check with them before you buy one. A single kit or monthly plan is the simplest way to start.
Watch the deadline
For 2026–27 purchases (July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027), submit your request by July 31, 2027.
Quick answers
Florida scholarship FAQs
Which scholarships can I use?
Step Up's PEP and FES-UA purchasing guides both list educational subscription kits curated by a kit company as eligible for reimbursement. Your program's current guide has the final say.
What do I upload to EMA?
Your order receipt. It needs to show the transaction date and the amount paid. If you need a fresh copy, email support@tisfortot.com and we'll send one.
Can I use my scholarship card at checkout?
Not right now. Pay with your own card, then submit your receipt in EMA to be paid back.
How long does reimbursement take?
Step Up says to allow up to 60 days once all your documents are in. Keep an eye on your email in case they ask for anything else.
Is reimbursement guaranteed?
No. Step Up reviews every request and makes the final call. We recommend reading your program's purchasing guide before you order.
Where can I read Step Up's rules?
Visit Step Up For Students for the current PEP and FES-UA handbooks and purchasing guides.
