Do school or charter orders automatically renew?

No. School and charter orders do not automatically renew. Programs place a new order each time they would like to continue, making budgeting and approvals simple and flexible.

 Do you accept purchase orders and provide invoices?

Yes. We accept purchase orders and provide invoices, receipts, and any vendor paperwork your school or charter program requires.

 How long does it take to ship after an order is placed?

Once we receive a purchase order or confirmation from your school, orders typically ship within a few business days. Tracking information is provided as soon as the order ships.

 What if our school or charter is not listed as an approved vendor yet?

No problem. If you do not see your school listed, submit a request using the Request a Quote form and we are happy to help with the approval process.
